Eva’s Story
Eva grew up in Stavanger, Norway, in a household where cultures beautifully blended. With a father from the former Yugoslavia and a Norwegian mother, she quickly learned that there’s more than one way to see the world—and more than one way to get things done.
From the get-go, Eva had a creative spark. Her private school days were filled with language lessons and hands-on creative projects that fueled her imagination. By 18, she was stitching together her very own Chanel-inspired suit—because why not? She painted vivid pictures and let her creative writing skills run wild.
Curiosity is practically her middle name, and she’s always loved connecting with people. That’s what led her to dive into career coaching and earn a Bachelor of Management.
With 14 years of HR experience under her belt, Eva knows how to bring out the best in people—and she loves every second of it.
Adventure? Sign her up! At 20, Eva packed her bags and headed to Florida for a year to work at Walt Disney World as a Cultural Representative for Norway. She delighted in sharing stories about her homeland with curious tourists and made lifelong friends while living with fellow internationals.
The Disney magic rubbed off on her too, reinforcing her belief that "dreams can come true."
But life isn’t always pixie dust and fairy tales. Eva knows the struggle of feeling stuck in a job that just doesn’t fit. While working at a bank, she had that nagging realization—“There’s got to be something more for me out there.”
Spoiler alert: she was right. Her passion for working with people won out, and she made the leap.
In 2018, Eva took a bold step and launched PWN Norway, a non-profit organization designed to support international women in her hometown. Leading a diverse team of ten amazing women over three years, she sharpened her leadership skills and built a thriving community where others could shine.
Creative, trustworthy, and a true go-getter, Eva doesn’t just set goals—she crushes them. Whether she’s leading, coaching, or simply connecting, she proves time and time again that when you follow your heart and take the leap, magic really can happen.
